Tax preparation, from someone who read the whole file.
Individual and business returns, built from the books up and read from the other side before they go out. Filed in February, in March and April, and through the extension season.
What a return is here
The last page of the year, not the first.
A return is where the year’s decisions land: the entity, the salary, the books, the estimates. When the same person keeps the books and prepares the return, nothing gets explained twice and nothing is rebuilt from a shoebox in April.
Every return is read from the other side before it’s filed, the way the IRS, the state or a lender will read it. If a number can’t be explained out loud, it doesn’t go out.

Questions
What people ask first.
When are returns filed?
Business returns for calendar-year S-corps and partnerships are due March 15; individual and C-corporation returns are due April 15. Extended returns follow in September and October. Returns that are ready go out in February.
Do I have to come in?
Usually not. Documents come in through a secure client link and questions are answered in writing. Appointments are available Tuesday to Saturday, 11 to 5, when meeting helps.
Can you file for someone without a Social Security number?
Yes. Nonresident returns (1040-NR) and returns that need a new ITIN are prepared here, and the W-7 is filed with the return. The ITIN check tells you what to bring.
Do you prepare nonprofit returns (Form 990)?
No. If you need a 990, we’ll say so in the first reply and point you to someone who prepares them.
What if the IRS sends a letter later?
Send it over. We read it against the return we filed, and qualifying returns include audit defense through the Protection Plus membership.
